How to Book

The 10% discount is applied to existing bookings. Only crew members (pilots and flight attendants) of American carriers that fly to Mexico and the Caribbean qualify.

Email [email protected] with your confirmation number and a copy of your airline ID.

The 10% discount will be automatically applied.

• Be prepared to present a valid, active airline ID at check-in.

• The discount applies only to bookings made directly through the Riu website or call center (the reservation ID must begin with RNT or WRC).

• This discount can be applied to a maximum of 2 rooms. The crew member’s name must be in at least one room of the rooms.

• Not applicable for bookings at Riu Plaza Guadalajara or Riu Plaza Panamá. 

• The discount must be applied prior to your check in.

• It is not possible to combine with the AAA discount, Riu class points or other promotional codes.
