How to Book

1. Click here to access the Best Western Hotels & Resorts direct booking site for travel industry employees.

   Although PEP rates are typically offered to travel agents, airline staff do qualify as well with proper identification.

2. When prompted, enter this password - BW-Ziele.

3. Enter your destination, arrival dates, number of nights, etc.

4. Select an available property. If the rate is available, it will be notated.

   

   If the rate is available, it will prompt you to select the “Leisure” tab.

5. Select the Leisure tab to see the industry rate.

   

• Only applicable to properites in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg.

• Eligible travellers receive a 25% discount on the best available rate of the day. Eligible travel agents and employees from the tourism industry: travel agents, event and sales staff, airliners, tourism service providers, hotels, incoming, other tourism professionals with authorisation.

• The discount can only be booked online via this page. In addition, worldwide PEP rates with a valid IATA or TIDs number can also be booked by calling the reservation centre free of charge on 0800 0001403.

• The expedient offer can only be booked for you and one accompanying person on request, subject to availability and not during trade fairs etc. (1 double room or 1 single room per authorisation card).

• Authorised employees from the tourism industry must identify themselves accordingly (e.g. with a Travel Industry Card, a travel agency card or written confirmation from their employer). If the traveller is unable to identify themselves on site, the hotel is entitled to charge the best flexible rate available on the day. This also applies if only 1 authorisation card is presented for several

  booked rooms.

• Payment for the stay is made directly at the hotel. The booking must be guaranteed with a credit card.

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. The cancellation conditions may be adjusted at certain times of the season.

• Children can be booked at the hotel on request.

• Our Pep rate is bookable on request and subject to availability.
